Options include automatic roll retrieval, material measurement system and cut-to-length for RTF. Any combination of options can be installed on your custom machine to suit your production needs. The machine ships fully assembled with simple instructions so you can install the machine yourself. Keep your rolled material right where you need it – on the production floor.

The HS4000 is the double-loop version of the HS2000. It offers twice the capacity of the HS2000 – without twice the investment! Storing up to 36 rolls (max. 22” diameter) or 46 rolls (max. 18” diameter) or a combination of the two sizes, the HS4000 solves the storage and delivery problems facing every custom-order manufacturer. The HS4000 is available with the same combination of options as the HS2000 and also ships fully assembled for easy installation and start-up.
